The Terrace is a fine dining Chinese restaurant, elegantly decorated in burgundy-red, with beautiful Qing dynasty antiques. Providing a one-of-a-kind dining experience, The Terrace not only boasts a fine dining setting but also a unique al fresco terrace with stunning panoramic view of Lantau Island and Hong Kong International Airport.
The kitchen is helmed by Chef Lau To Ming (劉道明師傅), formerly of St. Regis Beijing. With over 40 years of culinary experience and a passion for authentic Cantonese dishes, Chef Lau recently created a new à la carte menu featuring a series of speciality dishes, including Sautéed Lobster with Black Truffle Sauce, Steamed Bean Curd with Spinach topped with Cod Fish Fillet and Stir-fried Pork Spare Ribs with Olive and Honey sauce, amongst many others.
